Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma and completion of a medical assistant program.
• 3+ years work experience as PSR/HA/HCA performing front desk and patient care roles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily duties of Front Desk Staff to ensure timely, accurate work.
• Oversee orientation and training of new PSRs, HAs, and HCAs; act as EMR super user.
• Mentor staff on competencies; conduct performance audits and retraining as needed.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repair of computer equipment, printers, copiers, and faxes.
• Assist providers in patient care, including vitals, labs, exam prep, and referrals.
