Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a medical assistant program.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as PSR/HA/HCA in front desk and patient care.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in a diverse setting.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily desk duties and staffing coverage.
• Oversee training and orientation of PSR/HA/HCA staff; EMR super user.
• Evaluate staff competency; conduct performance audits.
• Troubleshoot and coordinate repair of office equipment.
• Assist providers with patient care, vital signs, tests, and referrals.
