Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Manufacturing Engineer for the Barracuda program to shape manufacturing design and ensure high production quality across the value chain.

You will partner with design and manufacturing teams, own MBOMs and work instructions, drive capacity planning, and lead continuous improvement while meeting security requirements. Occasional travel to suppliers is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in manufacturing or prototyping.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility.
• Experience with hardware manufacturing, tooling, and documentation.
• Experience with design for manufacturability and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing from prototyping to large-scale production.
• Collaborate with design engineers to drive DFM into design efforts.
• Own MBOMs, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Advise on quality management and manufacturing-related systems.
