Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware engineering with leadership or CAM experience.
• Strong RF/microwave, radar, packaging, and mechanical design knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead hardware projects from concept to production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for protected communication and precision navigation systems.
• Collaborate with program management, finance, engineering, software, and test teams.
• Oversee hardware lifecycle from concept through production and deployment.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and ensure rigorous testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specs.
• Interface with customers to gather requirements and report progress.
