Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hardware engineering with 3+ years in lead/CAM roles.
• Strong RF/microwave, radar, electronics packaging, and mechanical design.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
• EVMS experience on externally reported programs.
• STEM degree with 8+ years experience or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware design for protected communication and precision navigation systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet requirements.
• Oversee hardware development lifecycle from concept to production.
