RealmOne in Columbia, MD is seeking a senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design, integration, testing, and sustainment of mission-critical hardware and network infrastructure for government and enterprise environments.

The role requires extensive experience in hardware lifecycle management, site surveys, and documentation, with a focus on reliability, security, and maintainability. A Security+ CE certification and active polygraph clearance are required.

Formación

• 20+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 25+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• One year experience in Enterprise IT systems and projects with security classifications.
• Extensive experience engineering, integrating, testing, and sustaining complex hardware and network infrastructure.
• Experience with enterprise compute, storage, networking, and data center environments.
• Experience conducting site surveys and documenting infrastructure and site-specific requirements.
• Strong leadership and ability to guide hardware engineering teams.
• Security+ CE certification is required.
• Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hardware engineering activities for complex hardware and network infrastructures.
• Conduct site surveys and document infrastructure requirements across multiple sites.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, tests, and site drawings.
• Evaluate hardware for performance, reliability, and security in mission-critical environments.
• Provide senior technical guidance and direct the work of other hardware engineers.
