Job summary

RealmOne, based in Columbia, MD, seeks a Chief Engineer to lead technical efforts across mission areas. The CE will support the Program Manager and Operations Manager, coordinate with Government customers, and steer technical strategy, architecture, and IR&D efforts.

Occasional travel to customer sites in Central Maryland, CONUS, and OCONUS is expected. The role requires at least ten years of IC/DoD experience, a technical bachelor’s degree, active polygraph clearance, and proven leadership in

Qualifications

A minimum of ten (10) years of experience supporting IC or DoD programs.
Proven leadership in technical roles including TTO/Tech Lead/Chief Engineer.
Strong systems engineering background across mission areas and interfaces.

Responsibilities

Self-educate to become a SME in the mission space.
Build relationships with Government customers.
Provide technical coordination across the program.
Mentor Portfolio and TTO Leads.
Drive continuous innovation and process improvement.
Assess technical needs across contract programs and external contracts.
Identify training needs and IR&D topics.
Organize working groups with technical SMEs.
Collaborate with product development across requirements, architecture, documentation, training, integration, and test.
