Job summary

Columbia Technology Partners, Inc is seeking a Hardware Engineer Level 3 to provide senior-level engineering expertise for complex hardware and network infrastructure supporting Intelligence Community operations. This role leads assessment, integration, deployment, testing, documentation, troubleshooting, and sustainment of hardware across distributed and highly secure environments.

Qualifications

• Experience engineering, integrating, testing, troubleshooting, and sustaining complex hardware and network infrastructure.
• Experience in enterprise data center hardware and security.
• Proven leadership and communication in secure, mission-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Engineer, integrate, test, deploy, and sustain enterprise hardware.
• Conduct site surveys and assess infrastructure and site requirements.
• Develop engineering drawings, diagrams, specs, and as-built docs.
• Lead hardware integration and technology refresh across environments.
• Provide Tier 3 troubleshooting and senior technical guidance.
• Mentor engineers and site personnel on hardware processes.
• Collaborate with systems, cybersecurity, and operations teams.
• Manage hardware lifecycle from evaluation to disposition.
