Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a Chief Engineer to support a mission-critical DoD/IC program in the Baltimore area. You will work with a team of SIGDEV Analysts, Systems Engineers, and Technicians to identify risks, coordinate across mission areas, and drive best practices in architecture and engineering.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IC/DoD environments, a technical bachelor's degree, and an active security clearance with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Ten years of experience supporting IC or DoD programs.
• Active security clearance with polygraph.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take initiative to self-educate and become a SME in the mission space.
• Mentor Portfolio and TTO Leads across mission areas.
• Coordinate technically across the program and with external contracts.
• Drive culture of continuous innovation and process improvement; provide technical input to PMO and Government.
• Identify training needs for personnel and facilitate IR&D topics.
