Job summary

RealmOne is seeking a dedicated Systems Engineer to ensure the continuous monitoring and operational readiness of mission‑critical systems. You will restore using SOPs and historical tickets, while maintaining seamless functionality across a multi‑level Enterprise IT environment in the United States.

The role requires leading architecture alignment, documenting System Engineering Plans, requirements, and interfaces, and coordinating with cross‑functional teams to design new capabilities.

Qualifications

• Extensive systems engineering background across DoDAF/SOA.
• Experience developing engineering documentation and interface control.
• Strong collaboration across multiple disciplines and teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage requirements to align production systems with architectures.
• Develop system documentation (SE Plans, Requirements Specs, ICDs).
• Allocate requirements to hardware, software, facilities and personnel.
• Coordinate cross‑discipline issue resolution from reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design capabilities.
• Allocate budgets and derive alternative system concepts.
• Define verification methods for systems and subsystems.
• Develop design solutions satisfying requirements.
• Review WBS, work packages, and IMP.
• Engage in interface definition and configuration changes.
• Derive lower‑level requirements from higher ones.
• Establish and gain approval for system definitions.
