Job summary

Raytheon Technologies in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Hardware Design Engineer to advance digital/analog hardware for radar subsystems. You will design, model, simulate, and verify circuits and sub-systems, collaborating with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.

The role focuses on mixed-signal design, supports production transitions, and may lead small projects. Occasional travel within MA sites is expected, and the first shift is on-site in Tewksbury or Marlborough.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in two or more areas: Digital Design, RF/Analog Design, Production testing.
• Experience with design simulation tools (HyperLynx, LTSpice) and analytical tools (Matlab).
• Experience with design development tools (Mentor Graphics Xpedition).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Interim Secret U.S. clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Circuit and sub-system architecture, design, modeling, simulation, and verification.
• Integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels.
• Transition to production and technical support to manufacturing and test engineers.
• Occasional travel to supplier, integration, and customer sites.
