Job summary

RTX is seeking an Electrical Engineer for the REPA department to design mixed-signal hardware and support radar subsystems. You will collaborate with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to deliver production-ready hardware.

This 1st shift, on-site position is based in MA (Tewksbury or Marlborough) with travel to MA sites. The role requires a STEM degree with at least 8 years of experience, and the ability to obtain/interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Interim Secret clearance eligibility and US citizenship are required.
• Strong hardware design background for digital/analog modules and RF-related subsystems.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit card assemblies and subsystems, including modeling and verification.
• Lead integration and test at component, CCA, and subsystem levels.
