Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Principal RF Design Engineer to advance RF/Microwave system design for radar receivers, exciters, and transmitters. You will design, optimize, and route RF circuitry, draft schematics, and work with cross-functional teams from concept through production.

The role is 1st shift and on-site in MA (Tewksbury or Marlborough), requiring a STEM degree with 8+ years of relevant experience and the ability to obtain an Interim Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires STEM degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Microwave/RF system analysis, design or test.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret U.S. government clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of RF transmitters, receivers, or exciters.
• RF circuit design and routing; schematic capture for production.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (power, digital, mechanical).
• Support during transition to production and life-cycle support.
• On-site 1st shift based in Tewksbury, MA or Marlborough, MA.
