Raytheon in Massachusetts is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to design and develop hardware for radar subsystems, combining digital and analog know-how with system-level collaboration.

You will work on circuit card assemblies, perform design trades, and aid production readiness while interfacing with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing teams. This on-site role requires interim Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in digital/analog hardware design and production testing.
• Proficient in design/simulation tools (HyperLynx, LTSpice) and analytical tools (Matlab).
• Familiarity with Mentor Graphics Xpedition schematic capture and layout.

Responsibilities

• Design circuit card assemblies and mixed-signal hardware.
• Perform design trades, requirements flow-down, and electrical analysis.
• Develop test plans and support transition to production.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, and manufacturing engineers.
• Lead small projects or processes within area of responsibility.
