You will manage revenue cycle activities, credentialing, and performance reviews while coordinating with stakeholders to optimize operations within a community hospital setting. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of medical office operations and policies.
• Experience supervising physician practice staff is preferred; strong budgeting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manages offices in a cost-effective, efficient manner with high-quality patient care.
• Oversees start-up of new physician practices and credentialing activities.
• Coordinates practice operations including staffing, workflow, and provider oversight.
• Handles hiring, performance evaluations, and staff coaching according to policy.
• Provides orientation for new employees and ensures policy compliance.
• Prepares operating, salary, and capital budgets and monitors adherence.
• Supervises staff, assigns duties, and ensures department coverage.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and process improvements across practices.
• Oversees revenue cycle management including up-front collections and coding.
