Job summary

Crunch Fitness – Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Senior Assistant General Manager to support daily club operations, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction, and maintain a clean facility. You’ll lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants in a high-energy, no-judgments environment.

The role emphasizes staffing, KPI achievement, guest experience, and partnership with the Managing Partner to optimize scheduling, asset management, and front desk operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service‑oriented management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives, to maintain proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor scorecard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards, with ongoing development, training, and coaching.
• Impact member retention by doing Whatever It Takes to deliver the “Wow 10‑Member Experience”.
• Lead generation and outreach efforts to impact new member sales.
• New member acquisition and member integration into all services and programs offered.
