Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Tulsa seeks an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team. You will assist the managing partner with daily club operations, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction, and maintain facility standards.

You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants, fostering a high-energy culture and a guest-first environment. This role offers growth within a rapidly expanding franchise.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example with personal and team performance targets.
• Manage staff performance with ongoing development, training and coaching.
• Drive member retention and the "Wow 10-Member Experience".
• Support the Managing Partner in scheduling and labor management.
• Resolve member issues with pace and empathy.
• Lead generation and outreach to grow new member sales.
• Oversee new member onboarding across services and programs.
• Ensure front desk operations and facility cleanliness meet standards.
