Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX, is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead club operations, sales success, member satisfaction, and facility standards. You will guide a team across Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

The role reports to the Managing Partner and emphasizes high-energy, hospitality-driven leadership with a focus on KPIs, staffing, and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience achieving KPIs and objectives quickly and effectively.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Understanding of labor control, staffing levels, and overtime controls.
• Ability to maintain high standards at the gym.
• Clear communication skills with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high-performing staff of MSRs.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage staff performance, with ongoing development and coaching.
• Support Managing Partner with scheduling, member service, and front desk oversight.
• Ensure facility cleanliness and 100% equipment uptime.
• Utilize Crunch tools for incident reporting and operations documentation.
• Ensure compliance with Crunch policies and service standards.
