Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Round Rock, TX seeks an Assistant General Manager to join the leadership team. You will support daily club operations, sales, member satisfaction and facilities management under the Managing Partner.

You’ll lead staff, drive KPI targets, and ensure a welcoming, no-judgments environment for members. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, and ensuring front desk, cleaning, and kids attendants run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred
• Experience achieving KPIs required
• Experience leading and supervising employees preferred
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Understanding of labor control and staffing strategies
• Ability to maintain high gym standards
• Clear communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet KPI standards
• Lead by example delivering personal and team performance targets
• Manage team performance with ongoing development and coaching
• Drive member retention by delivering an exceptional experience
• Support the Managing Partner in scheduling, labor, and front desk oversight
• Maintain a clean, well-equipped facility and ensure 100% policy compliance
• Utilize Crunch tools for communication, documentation and operations
