Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our leadership team at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Leander, TX. You will assist the Managing Partner with daily club operations, drive sales, ensure member satisfaction, and uphold facility cleanliness in a fast-paced, no-judgments environment.

You’ll lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants & Kids Attendants, monitor KPIs, and partner with leadership to deliver an exceptional

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff.
• Monitor scorecard performance to meet or exceed KPI standards.
• Lead by example delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage performance standards with ongoing development, coaching.
• Support Managing Partner in scheduling, labor, and member services.
