Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Guidewire implementation across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud.
• Manage program governance, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with executives to define roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Oversee design, data migration, testing and production rollout activities.
• Establish governance and report updates to senior leadership.
• Direct global delivery teams including architects, developers and PMs.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices and Agile methods.
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Partner with clients to modernize core insurance platforms.
