Job summary

EY is seeking professionals to act as C‑suite advisors for technology-enabled transformation in the insurance sector. You will guide system implementations (Guidewire/other suites), enterprise data management, and reporting operations while supporting enterprise cost reduction and performance initiatives.

You will work with clients on requirements, architecture alignment, design, and implementation planning, traveling to client sites as needed and collaborating with diverse teams to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping and migration.
• Ability to deliver end-to-end system implementation across the project lifecycle including testing and conversion.

• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Support vendor selection and develop implementation plans.
• Collaborate with client teams and third-party alliances to implement technology solutions.
