Job summary

EY is seeking a qualified professional to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers. You will guide system implementations across Guidewire and related platforms, aligning business needs with architecture and delivery plans.

Role requires strong communication, vendor selection, and collaboration with client teams, with travel to client sites as necessary in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping and migration.
• Experience delivering system implementations through all project life cycle phases.
• Experience applying software engineering best practices and tooling.
• Ability to create POCs and present alternative solutions with client teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations.
• Strategic thinking and research into regulations, industry practice and new technologies.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
