Job summary

EY is seeking a consultant to lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurers. You will translate business needs into architectural and implementation plans, working with clients to optimize data, reporting, and integration across platforms.

Travel to client sites is expected as needed. You will leverage your knowledge of Guidewire, data management, and enterprise architecture to deliver end-to-end solutions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience at a Property and Casualty Insurance carrier or consulting firm; or a master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Guidewire, OneShield, Exigen/EIS, Majesco, Duck Creek, Insurity, Sapiens/Adaptik, FirstBest, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica.
• Proficiency in system selection and implementation, requirements definition, architecture design, integration, data mapping and migration.
• Experience delivering system implementations across all project life cycle phases and proven software engineering practices.
• Experience creating POCs and presenting alternative design options to clients.

• Analyze business requirements and align with technology architecture and infrastructure design.
• Support vendor selection and implementation plans for insurance technology programs.
• Collaborate with client teams and third‑party alliances to implement solutions.
