Job summary

EY is seeking a technology-enabled transformation professional to guide Guidewire and insurance technology projects. You will translate business needs into scalable digital solutions, covering architecture, data management and integration with backend systems and third-party services.

The role requires strong front-end and integration skills, collaboration with diverse teams, and the ability to deliver end‑to‑end implementations, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field with relevant work experience in insurance tech.
• Experience with Guidewire, JUTRO, React/Angular, and enterprise web services.
• Strong expertise in architecture, data mapping, integration and requirements definition.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions across architecture, data, and implementation.
• Lead technology-enabled transformation programs for insurance clients and support risk remediation.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to design, integrate and deploy digital solutions.
• Provide client guidance on best practices, governance and architecture decisions.
