Job summary

EY seeks a seasoned professional to lead insurance technology-enabled transformation programs, focusing on Guidewire-based solutions and frontend integration. You will work with client teams to convert business problems into scalable tech solutions, drive architecture decisions and collaborate across disciplines.

The role emphasizes Actively applying Guidewire Digital assets, API integrations, and modern frontend frameworks in a hybrid client-service context across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with 5+ years in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Experience with Guidewire and integration of digital solutions across policy, billing, claims and digital portals.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical architecture and design, including data mapping and integration.

Responsibilities

• Transform client business problems into technology solutions.
• Support engagement teams with analysis of business requirements for fast-to-market digital solutions.
• Contribute to architecture design, vendor selection and implementation planning.
• Provide subject-matter expertise during design and integration phases to ensure proper data model and interfacing requirements.
• Travel to client sites as necessary.
