Job summary

EY is seeking a consulting professional to guide insurers through technology-enabled transformation programs. You’ll analyze business needs, align with architecture, and help plan vendor selections and implementations.

The role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and travel to client sites as needed. Ideal candidates have strong insurance domain knowledge, experience with Guidewire or similar systems, and a track record of delivering end-to-end deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or related field with 3+ years of relevant work experience in P&C insurance or consulting.
• Proficiency in system selection, business/technical requirements, architecture design, and data migration.
• Experience delivering system implementation through all project life cycle phases.
• Experience creating POCs and presenting options to clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client presentations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
• Ideally, BI/ETL, data warehousing or integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Support vendor selection and implementation planning.
• Collaborate with engagement teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Provide SME input on architecture, data models and interfacing requirements.
