Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Implementation Leader to drive large-scale Guidewire transformation programs for insurance clients. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Guidewire implementations, managing executive stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep Guidewire expertise, strong insurance domain knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Guidewire solutions including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud.
• Manage program planning, delivery governance, risk management, budget oversight, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to define implementation strategies and roadmaps.
• Drive solution design, integration, data migration, testing, and production rollout activities.
• Establish program governance frameworks and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Identify and mitigate implementation risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead global delivery teams including architects, developers, business analysts, QA leads, and project managers.
• Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, quality standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Support organizational change management, process transformation, and user adoption initiatives.
• Partner with clients to modernize core insurance platforms and improve business outcomes.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 180,000 - 249,409

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
