Job summary

Disabled Job Seekers is seeking an experienced Guidewire specialist to lead design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and production support of Guidewire solutions for Property and Casualty insurance operations in Dallas. You will provide hands-on technical leadership across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter and align solutions with enterprise standards.

You will partner with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, scalable Guidewire

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information services or related field; continuous learning encouraged.
Minimum seven years of development and system design experience.
Certification or progress toward certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, development, integration, testing, and production support of Guidewire solutions.
Provide technical direction and review designs, ensuring best practices.
Design and support integrations between Guidewire and internal/third‑party systems.
Troubleshoot issues across Guidewire environments and lead root cause analysis.
Mentor engineers and ensure alignment with agile and DevOps practices.
Lead release management and continuous improvement throughout SDLC.
