Qualifications

• Guidewire design, configuration, development, and integration experience for P&C products.
• Hands-on expertise with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Strong understanding of Guidewire data models, rules, and extensions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead technical expert for Guidewire applications.
• Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, and deploy Guidewire solutions.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable Guidewire implementations.
• Provide technical direction, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
• Lead integrations with internal/third-party systems via APIs and batch processes.
• Troubleshoot performance and data issues across environments.
• Lead root cause analysis and ensure stability after releases.
• Refine user stories, estimates, and implementation plans with stakeholders.
• Implement Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, including CI, automated tests, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation and monitor platform capabilities and trends.
