Job summary

Disabled Job Seekers is seeking an experienced Guidewire Lead to drive end-to-end deployment and support for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter in a Property & Casualty environment.

You will provide technical leadership, coordinate integration efforts, review designs, and ensure security, quality, and performance standards across the platform. Strong DevOps and Agile practices are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information services or related field.
• Minimum seven years experience in development and system design.
• Extensive Guidewire experience for P&C insurance environments; hands-on with PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, development, integration, testing, implementation, and production support for Guidewire solutions.
• Provide technical direction, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
• Design and support integrations using APIs, web services, messaging, and batch processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Guidewire environments; lead root-cause analysis for incidents.
• Mentor engineers and drive Agile/DevOps practices, including CI, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.
