Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead technical expert for Guidewire-based applications in P&C.
• Lead design, configuration, development, integration, testing, implementation, and production support for PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
• Translate business needs into secure, scalable Guidewire solutions with stakeholders.
• Provide technical direction to engineers and review designs and code.
• Design and support integrations between Guidewire and internal/third-party systems using APIs, web services, messaging, and batch processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, database, UI, and performance issues.
• Lead root cause analysis for production incidents and validate stability after releases.
• Implement Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices; CI, automated testing, deployments.
• Ensure configurations comply with enterprise standards; maintain documentation.
• Mentor engineers and share knowledge on Guidewire development and P&C processes.
