Job summary

Disabled Job Seekers is seeking a senior Guidewire engineer to lead design, configuration, and integration of Guidewire-based solutions for Property & Casualty operations.

You will partner with product owners, underwriters, and delivery teams to translate business needs into scalable, secure solutions, mentor engineers, and drive CI/CD, automated testing, and release processes while ensuring performance and security standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in information services or related field.
Seven years of development and system design experience.

Responsibilities

Lead technical expert for Guidewire-based applications in P&C.
Design, configure, develop, integrate, test, implement, and support PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
Collaborate with product owners, underwriting, policy administration, claims, billing, and architecture to translate requirements into scalable Guidewire solutions.
Provide technical direction, review designs and code, and promote best practices.
Design and support integrations between Guidewire and internal/third-party systems using APIs, web services, messaging, and batch processing.
