Job summary

You will manage room inventory, ensure correct rate application, review group blocks, and drive QA and safety compliance while monitoring guest satisfaction data.

Qualifications

• 2 to 3 years of management experience at a hotel/resort.
• 3 to 5 years hospitality customer service experience.
• Understanding of resort financials.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor and train staff.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Guest Services department and drive exceptional guest experience.
• Hire, train, motivate, recognize, coach and develop guest service associates.
• Maintain staffing and scheduling for maximum productivity and occupancy.
• Manage room inventory and ensure correct rates and payment methods.
• Oversee group blocks and front office coordination.
• Own Internal Audit process and ensure QA, loss prevention and safety compliance.
• Manage department budget, identify cost reductions and analyze variances.
