Travel + Leisure Co. seeks an In-House Sales Manager to drive sales targets, mentor a sales team, and maintain top-tier customer satisfaction at our Edisto Island site.

This role reports to the sales leadership and collaborates with trainers to deliver ongoing coaching and performance improvement. You will contribute to a dynamic sales culture, with chances to advance, receive uncapped commissions, and participate in monthly bonuses while supporting a growing portfolio of resort and travel

Qualifications

• 1–3 years Wyndham sales experience preferred.
• Experience in managing sales teams preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve defined sales targets by closing transactions daily.
• Assist in personnel selection and development for the sales team.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professionalism at all times.
• Participate in daily sales meetings and training activities.
