Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the front-end team (cashiers, baggers, cart pushers, customer service desk) and self-checkout representatives.
• Oversee operation of the front end department, including cash registers, checkout processes, parcel pickup, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
• Train, coach and develop front-end staff with the Guest Services Manager.
• Ensure high standards of guest service across front-end operations.
