Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. seeks a Guest Services Manager to supervise the front-end team and uphold high guest service standards across self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.

The role also includes bookkeeping and assisting the Sr. Guest Services Manager, with employee ownership benefiting growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the front-end team while maintaining high standards of guest service.
• Assist with guest services, self-checkouts, regular checkouts, bagging area, parcel pickup, cart room, click and collect, and parking lot areas.
• Perform bookkeeping tasks and assist the Sr. Guest Services Manager.
