Job summary

Brightline Trains in Florida is seeking a senior leader to support Station Operations and the Station Manager in daily operations and guest experience at the Boca Raton and Fort Lauderdale stations.

You will build engagement, guide procedures, and mentor teammates while upholding Brightline’s hospitality standards. A focus on inventory, safety, and service excellence will drive performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/ops
• 10+ years in a senior leadership role in Retail or Hospitality
• Fifteen or more years in increasing roles of scope and management responsibility
• Strong background in food & beverage management with a passion for exceptional dining experiences
• Proven success in revenue-generating strategies and in meeting KPIs
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and conflict resolution processes

Responsibilities

• Create a culture of engagement, learning, and team development
• Motivate teammates and maintain a positive work environment while reflecting Brightline values
• Disseminate operating procedures related to station appearance and performance reporting
• Interact with guests to solicit feedback on quality and address complaints as needed
• Monitor inventory levels for office, cleaning, and F&B supplies
• Ensure staff are trained on mobility tools and SOPs
• Travel to Boca and/or Fort Lauderdale stations to provide support as directed by GMs
