Job summary

The Westin Anaheim Resort in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to oversee Front Desk, VIP Desk, and related operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures and guest communications. The role requires leading a team with a strong service focus within a 4-Diamond luxury setting.

You will mentor staff, set performance standards, collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Events, and uphold safety and service excellence throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of Guest Services, Front Desk, VIP Desk, Service Express, Fitness Center, Transportation, Business Center and Club Lounge.
• Communicate policies and procedures clearly to staff; provide feedback and coaching.
• Hire, train, and onboard new team members in line with company policy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Events, and Front Office to meet guest needs and maximize revenue.
• Ensure safety rules are understood and followed by all staff.
