Job summary

The Walt Disney Company, in Anaheim, is seeking an Arrival Coordinator for Disneyland Resort. This part-time role focuses on guiding guests from the front drive through Valet to the lobby, ensuring a seamless, magical arrival experience and high-quality service.

You will coordinate with Valet, Bell, Front Desk, Concierge, VIP coordinators, Special Activities Team, and Guest Relations to meet guest needs while upholding Disney standards of professionalism and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Part‑Time Cast Members must be available to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as ability to work more than three days per week.
• Valid CA Driver’s license and clean driving record
• Flexible/adaptable (may work a variety of shifts including AM, PM weekends and Holidays)
• Demonstrated strong guest service skills. Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and use guest recovery methods.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and listening skills
• Self-directed to complete tasks with minimal supervision
• Ability to influence peers and partners to maintain a seamless arrival and departure experience
• Detail oriented, can complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality
• Able to positively engage with guests, team members, and leaders

Responsibilities

• Share detailed information with guests and Cast Members by answering questions related to the hotel and Resort, providing directions, sharing event information, and assisting with other services to help create a magical experience
• Proactively engage guests while providing personalized service, showing genuine interest, and anticipating the guest’s needs with the goal to leave a lasting impact
• Coordinate the arrival and departure experience by communicating with partners in Valet, Bell, Front Desk, Concierge, VIP coordinators, Special Activities Team, and Guest Relations Cast
• Maintaining performance expectations in areas such as Guest service, safety, efficiency, and quality
• Representing the Disney brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity in every interaction
