Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Senior Principal Program Manager to join the Go-to-Market PMO, leading complex transformation programs across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product and Technology. You will translate strategy into executable roadmaps, manage risks, and drive measurable business outcomes with senior leaders.

You will mentor PMOs, shape governance, and accelerate decision-making in ambiguous environments, aligning stakeholders toward shared outcomes and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, transformation leadership, strategy and operations, PMO leadership, or go-to-market transformation.
• Proven track record managing complex, enterprise-scale programs from strategy through execution across multiple business domains.
• Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with VP and executive-level leaders.
• Strong ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive transformation program strategy and cross-functional execution end-to-end, partnering across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology to deliver key organizational initiatives and business outcomes
• Quickly assess existing programs and execution challenges to establish clarity, alignment, and momentum
• Establish and maintain integrated program plans and governance, including milestones, risks, dependencies, operating cadences, and executive reporting
• Own cross-program integration, proactively managing interdependencies and driving resolution of blockers
• Partner with senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, surface tradeoffs, and drive timely decision-making
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities and develop actionable mitigation plans and recommendations
• Develop and refine PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices that strengthen transformation execution
• Coach and mentor program managers supporting key strategic initiatives
