Job summary

DailyPay is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Training to lead onboarding and sales training for the Commercial org. This player-coach role oversees trainers and stays hands-on in design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs.

Reporting to Enablement leadership, you’ll supervise the Revenue Training Manager, BDR Trainer, and Principal Sales Trainer, building scalable enablement across the seller journey.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or Revenue Enablement.
• 2+ years leading enablement professionals.
• Experience building scalable sales training programs in a B2B SaaS/tech org.
• Excellent facilitation for executive-level, virtual, and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of trainers to define standards and development plans.
• Own training strategy, roadmap, onboarding, and leadership enablement.
• Design and deliver onboarding, product, process, and skill programs.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify gaps and courses.
• Measure success via adoption, proficiency, and business impact.
