Job summary

Motion Recruitment seeks a Senior Talent Partner for Go-to-Market, guiding executive-level recruitment in a hybrid Atlanta setting. You will partner with the CRO and GTM leaders to shape recruiting strategy, manage full-cycle hiring across sales and revenue roles, and build pipelines in a fast-evolving SaaS environment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior leadership, strategic workforce planning, and data-driven recruitment practices, with a 6-month contract and potential conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focusing on GTM, Sales, or Revenue organizations within SaaS/enterprise software or technology.
• Proven experience recruiting quota-carrying sales professionals (AE, SDR, SE, CS, partnerships) and sales leadership.
• Experience partnering with senior executives (CROs, VPs of Sales) and driving recruiting during restructures or high attrition.
• Strong ATS proficiency (Greenhouse) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CRO and GTM leadership to align recruiting strategies with revenue goals and workforce planning.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Sales Dev, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Ops.
• Drive backfill hiring for newly created or restructured roles with minimal business disruption.
• Build proactive talent pipelines and advise hiring managers on competitive market insights.
• Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health and report to executives.
