Job summary

Join Talent in Atlanta is seeking a Go-To-Market focused SaaS recruitment professional for a hybrid role (3 days a week). This initial 6-month contract aims to source nationwide SaaS sales and GTM talent for a leading ERP solutions provider.

You'll build relationships with client stakeholders, manage the candidate journey, and help enhance TA processes while delivering a high-touch client and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Global talent acquisition experience is critical.
• Experience with ATS and client/project systems.
• Ability to write updates and analyze business data.
• Awareness of market trends and competitors for candidates.
• Adherence to company values and ethics in all aspects of delivery.
• Maintains a positive attitude that inspires coworkers and clients to grow the business.

Responsibilities

• Create and gain buy-in from the client for the strategy to deliver the project – includes EBM, sourcing, channels, assessment & onboarding elements
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders including Hiring Managers, Leadership, HR & TA as applicable – position Join Talent as trusted partners
• Create and post job adverts using client brand guidelines and manage all applications professionally
• Directly source and headhunt for suitable candidates that match the requirements of the role
• Screen applicants to present a shortlist to the relevant people
• Explain the shortlist to Hiring Managers and discuss next steps
• Manage the candidate journey in a professional and candidate-centered manner
