Job summary

CharterUP is seeking a Lead GTM Recruiter in Austin, TX. You will own full-cycle recruiting for senior GTM roles, partnering with the Head of Talent Acquisition and executives to define strategy and close top talent. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sourcing in a high-growth environment.

You will build pipelines, manage senior stakeholders, and shape the GTM organization as it scales, with a remote-first culture and an in-office Austin presence as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in GTM hiring.
• Track record building sales and revenue orgs across VP, Director, and quota-carrying roles.
• Experience in growth-stage environments with changing priorities and headcounts.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for critical GTM searches, including VP, Director, and other senior sales and revenue roles.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill GTM talent markets.
• Partner with senior leaders to define search strategy, calibrate on talent, and close exceptional candidates.
• Shape the GTM organization as it evolves and scales.
