The ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of experience in recruiting, particularly within SaaS or technology sectors, and will be instrumental in driving the full-cycle recruitment process while mentoring a dedicated team of recruiters.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions at a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven ability to fill technical and go-to-market roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2–5 recruiters, providing coaching and support.
• Own recruiting strategy across various functions.
• Drive full-cycle recruiting for senior and critical roles.
