Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Go-To-Market Systems to own the vision and roadmap of sales technology that powers our global GTM teams. You will collaborate with product, data, and engineering to deliver scalable tools that enhance seller productivity and advertiser experiences.

Based near one of our hubs (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York), you will shape strategy, define success metrics, and drive adoption across GTM stakeholders in a fast-paced, AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience across GTM systems, Enterprise SaaS, and AI-powered tooling.
• Strong fluency in modern GTM systems including Salesforce and marketing automation.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence and executive communication.
• Analytical mindset with KPI definition and data-driven prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap and architecture for sales teams.
• Understand seller/advertiser problems and identify automation opportunities.
• Build tools to improve seller productivity across account planning, health scoring, and CRM.
• Improve data foundations for AI-first strategy: entity resolution, enrichment, orchestration.
• Use metrics and feedback to measure impact on efficiency, revenue, quality.
• Lead cross-functional efforts with engineering, vendors, systems owners, and stakeholders.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable product capabilities, PRDs, & priorities.
• Drive adoption and change management for new capabilities.
