Job summary

Reddit is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Go-to-Market Systems team. You will own the roadmap for GTM AI-enabled tooling and lead the development of scalable products across engineering, data, and business stakeholders.

You’ll drive adoption of AI capabilities, measure impact on seller efficiency and revenue, and partner with multiple GTM leaders to turn complex problems into reliable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience in GTM systems and AI tooling.
• Strong familiarity with Salesforce, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional influence and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and architecture for GTM AI technology.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve seller experience.
• Build AI-powered tools for account planning, pipeline management, and prospecting.
• Define data foundations powering GTM AI, including enrichment and scoring.
• Measure impact using KPIs, experiments, and customer feedback.
• Lead cross-functional efforts across engineering, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Translate GTM strategy into scalable product capabilities and PRDs.
