Job summary

Ramp in San Francisco is seeking a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Quote-to-Cash workflows. You’ll build the Salesforce CPQ, contract, and Billing/Core integrations that turn complex commercial agreements into accurate, supportable customer outcomes from quote creation and approvals through order forms, provisioning, billing, renewals, and amendments.

This role sits in Growth Engineering’s Business Systems Engineering team, partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance,

Qualifications

• 7+ years working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years of experience with Systems Architecture and Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and operate reliable integrations between Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad, Billing/Core, and adjacent systems.
• Drive decisions on architecture patterns and designs for scalability.
• Write technical specifications and architecture diagrams.
