Job summary

Ramp is hiring a Senior Business Systems Engineer to own and evolve Ramp’s Post Sales systems. You’ll design, build, and maintain revenue workflows from deal closure through expansions, partnering with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Data, Product, and GTM.

You’ll combine Salesforce engineering with systems design to deliver scalable, reliable solutions for onboarding, activation, and book of business management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years on Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years in Systems Architecture & Integrations.
• Strong experience with Apex and triggers.
• Proficiency in Python and related scripting.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components.
• APIs and Salesforce integrations expertise.
• Knowledge of CPQ, pricing, contract lifecycle, billing, subscriptions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications on Salesforce Platform.
• Design and operate integrations between Salesforce and revenue apps and data sources.
• Build and maintain iPaaS-based solutions (Homegrown, Workato, Clay).
• Set architecture direction for scalable, reliable revenue workflows.
• Write technical specs, diagrams, and data models.
• Ensure data integrity and participate in code reviews and on-call work.
